Must be 18 years of age

 

Be in an agreement with the vision and Mission of R.E.A.D.Y.

 

Have a Servant’s Mentality

 

Willing to donate 5 hours during camp and 5 hours per quarter at a fundraiser or R.E.A.D.Y. event

 

Interview with R.E.A.D.Y. Board of Directors

 

Obtain a National Background Check

 

Previous Experience with children preferred

but not required.
